Items

All are called items, not really mean anything.

  • Inventory items: regular, serialized inventory item, vat track
  • Non inventory items: sales, purchase item (raw material), sales and purchase items with will not have any inventory tracking information added to it.
  • Composite items: bundle, simple assemblies

Warehouses

Under settings. First you have to enable multiple warehouses.

The amount of warehouses depend on your plan. You can set up a warehouse as primary. You can buy add on warehouses.

You can transfer your stock from your different locations. So you can know exactly the amount in your virtual warehouses.

Enable modules in items preferences

Items groups

ABC Polo Tshirts. Unit: pieces

Attributes: define aspect of particulate variance. Color, Size.

The variance under this group are created automatically.

If you use a Barcodes scanner, put barcode in SKU field.

You can use raw materials or sales.

Customers

Customers in Z Inventory is equal to Accounts in CRM. Vendors is equal to CRM and Contacts are available for Customers and Vendors in Z Inventory.

  2. Integration with Z CRM
  3. Align data to sample file
  4. Create dummy data
  5. First items, then customers, finally vendors.
  6. Finally Composite items and Price lists
